Since YEA’s launch in February 1999, the association has succeeded in achieving main objectives of training, advocacy and other services needed by the young generation of entrepreneurs in Jordan. It has also created an action and results-oriented structure aimed at empowering volunteers, members, board members as well as staff. The YEA has been perceived by donor organizations and local institutions as the right partner in achieving a successful and timely implementation of different projects for entrepreneurs. This successful partnership propelled the YEA to grow at a rapid speed beyond its logistical, administrative and human resource capabilities. Therefore, the YEA continues to deliver both "quality services" and "focused programmes" in order to sustain the energy and the success of the different initiatives.
